Directions: Sitting On The City Walls (Beijing) Courtyard HouseCity Walls is very close to the Forbidden City, located in 'Jing Shan Hou Jie'. That means 'back street of Jing Shan park'( , , , 57 )Please find the 'SINOPEC Gas station ' in the short street, the gas station is at the 20 meters east of the T junction. then only 10 meters east, you will find a fenced GYM park which many people play Ping Pong and Chess in the daytime, east side of the park that is entrance of the alley with sign of the '' in Chinese and 'Sitting on the City Walls' in English. Please follow the 'City Walls' sign hung on the wire pole in the alley (Enter the alley you will find a small parking then turn right). Turn into the small alley and walking about 1 minute.From the airport, 1) Take a Taxi to 'Jing Shan Hou Jie', about 27 KM and the cost will be around 80-90 RMB.2) Take express train to the last stop- Dong Zhi Men(The ticket will be 25 RMB person) . Sorry to say it is very difficult to get a legal Taxi around that area, Pleas take the bus No.107 to Di An Men Wai ,(8 stops cost 1 RMB), get off the bus, go straight pass the crossing and go down hit the red wall, that is Jing Shan Hou Jie' T junctionturn left you will find the gas station we mentioned above. (1 person suitable,2--4 people are more economic to hire a legal Taxi from the airport.)From the Beijing Central Railway Station1)Take a taxi to 'Jingshanhoujie'about 4 --5KM and the cost will be around 15 RMB (We are sorry to say that if you can not find the Taxi stop in the middle of station square ,there are many illegal cars are trying to charge you 5 times of the normal price. Please try to find the No.103 bus stop at the left corner of the square and follow the information as below) 2)Take bus No 103 and get off at 'Gugong' stop (Forbidden City),then walk back to the T Junction and take a left turn and go down to the end of the street, turn left only 20 meters, you will see the Gym then follow the information above. It will takes you about 5--8 minutes by walking.From Beijing West Railway Station,1) Take a Taxi to 'jingshanhoujie', about 12 KM and the cost will be around 35RMB2) Take bus No 823 and get off at 'Di'anmendong', walk back to crossing and turn left( south) go down about 200 meters hit the red wall, that is Jing Shan Hou Jie' T junctionturn left you will find the gas station we mentioned above.
